Refund policy

**Due to sanitary reasons, and our sets being custom made to order, there are ABSOLUTELY NO returns or exchanges for any of our custom handmade Press On nails. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size. If you have already measured your nails by using our sizing chart but are still unsure or in doubt; please order a Sizing Kit available for $5.00!**

Refunds  
As there are no returns/exchanges, there are no refunds for any orders or shipping. All sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Colors/designs may vary slightly from photos as each item is hand made. Photos are as close as possible to the actual color/design.

Shipping

Our current processing time which includes hand making an order is currently 10-14 business days after order has been placed. Unless it is listed as a “Ready To Ship” item (2-3 business days). 

Shipping time will depend on the shipping option purchased by customer at the time of checkout when placing the order. Shipping information will be sent to the email provided by customer.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
